IMPORTANT NOTICES:
- RECHECK ALL INFORMATION. We do not alter certificates or student information. HAVE YOUR INFORMATION AVAILABLE: (1) first and last name; (2) Social Security Number; and (3) date of birth. Your information must match what in the State’s database or information that you will submit to the State. If you do not have a US social security number, enter “000000000” or the number assigned by NYSED to applicants without US social security numbers. Information on certificates will not be substituted by staff. If you need to change any information after completing our training, your options are:
- Pay a fee of $10 to access the form to amend the information we report to the State
- Retake the training and change/add/edit your information and get a new certificate
- Online course participants must have access to the Internet, a device with audio and video capabilities (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), and an email address.
- Upon successfully completing the course, the Participant will be issued a Certificate of Completion immediately online, and course information will be sent electronically to the NYS Office of Teaching Initiatives.
- REQUESTED REFUNDS are subject to a $3 refund fee. No refunds will be issued after 1 hour from registration and payment. This is a 3 hour training.
THE COURSE MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN SIX (6) WEEKS OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION. IF THE COURSE IS NOT COMPLETED WITHIN SIX (6) WEEKS OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION, THE COURSE WILL BE DEREGISTERED AND ALL COURSE PROGRESS WILL BE FORFEITED. RE-REGISTRATION FOR THE COURSE WILL REQUIRE A NEW, SEPARATE PAYMENT.
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL PRIOR TO TAKING THE COURSE. IF CHARGES ARE REVERSED OR PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, YOUR COURSE PROGRESS WILL BE DELETED AND YOUR CERTIFICATE WILL BE RENDERED INVALID.
