These courses are approved by NYS Department of State (DOS) and satisfy the training requirements for Real Estate professionals (agents and brokers). NYS statutory amendment to the Real Estate Property Law, effective January 1, 2017, states that any real estate licensee who renews their license must have completed 22 ½ hours of approved continuing education, three hours of which must include fair housing and/or discrimination in the sale or rental of real property or an interest in real property along with the updated requirement of at least 1 hour of law of agency (2 hours for salesperson is within their first license term along with other required hours).
Package C has only 5 courses:
- Commercial Leases – 7.5 hrs
- Principles of Commercial Real Estate – 3.75 hrs
- ADA and Fair Housing (meets Fair Housing requirement) – 3.75 hrs
- Law and Agency (meets Agency requirement) – 3.75 hrs
- Ethics in Real Estate – 3.75 hrs
An online quiz(s) is included and participants have unlimited attempts to successfully complete the course.
Participants have:

- Self-paced, take your class on your own time.
- Audio, video, and reading materials geared towards adult learners.
Online course participants must have access to the Internet, updated browser, a device with audio and video capabilities (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), and an email address.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL PRIOR TO TAKING THE COURSE. IF CHARGES ARE REVERSED OR PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, YOUR COURSE PROGRESS WILL BE DELETED AND YOUR CERTIFICATE WILL BE RENDERED INVALID.
The course certificate is generated with the name of the person who purchases this course. Under no circumstance will the names on certificates be substituted by our staff.  No substitutions or refunds are available once the course is in progress.
No refunds will be issued 72 hours after course access is granted.
Access to online courses is granted 1-2 business days after registration. Elite reserves the right to cancel course registration due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters and technical issues.
Payment on behalf of another party is no longer accepted. Debit and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment and must be in the student or course participant’s name.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
